Investigations
Amy Kern & Associates conducts neutral workplace investigations and will make factual findings. A third party investigation is often the best tool to respond to complaints of harassment, discrimination, hidden bias, bullying, poor leadership, misconduct, unfair employment practices, theft and other types of organizational dysfunction. Investing in a neutral investigation is the best way to ensure thorough and unbiased findings that provide guidance for next steps. It also offers a way to remove human resources and management, who may be viewed as problematic or complicit, from the fact-finding process. Prior to making factual findings, Amy Kern & Associates will interview witnesses, make credibility determinations, collect and review any related evidence.
Cultural Assesments
Understanding an organization’s culture is fundamental to improving its performance, building strategy and developing employees. We will help your organization identify problem areas as well as its strengths and successes. We will evaluate workflow and processes, communication and information sharing platforms, employee retention and promotion practices, conflict and change management, policies and procedures, and leadership development practices.
Training and Consulting
Amy Kern & Associates provides preventative and remedial training to prevent and/or address problematic behavior and practices. Trainings can be one-on-one or for groups of any size.
